 It feels like foreve since I have posted last....the trip to San Diego took a lot out of me....I worked over 83 hours in 6 days, on my feet for over 12 hours a day....needless to say, I was a bit wiped...anyway, more on my trip later, right now Batman has been on my mind a lot lately.. (like duh....) I had started making this before the Dark Knight came out but it was taking longer than I thought it would so....I almost scrapped it. But some other things have been on my mind as well. Like my kids when they were little. In fact this piece was inspired by the kids. When Jimmy was in first grade, I got a chance to read a book of my choice to the kids one day for story time....Can you guess what I read them ;) Yes, Detective 27, the very first appearance of Batman. I read and did different voices, showed the class the pictures, etc. It was a fun day. I don't get a chance to do things like that anymore as the kids are adults now...(although, a recent event may give me the opportunity again in a few months....more on that later as well.....) So with the new movie and me thinking about my kids when they were little, led to this. I hope you all enjoy this bit of "moving art"!Batman rules!
